Fisher’s angular transform criterion Mann–Whitney U test (STATISTICA 10.0) determine psychological characteristics with different levels syndrome. Boyko’s Emotional Burnout Inventory Rokeach Value Survey (RVS) for diagnosis. practical recommendations administrations developed based on causal revealed results. It found that system personal values could be an effective regulator state difficult situations.
