Personal Values as Regulators of Teacher Burnout

The aim was to identify the means of correction and prevention burnout syndrome in college teachers who switched online teaching during period quarantine caused by COVID-19 pandemic. Descriptive experimental research designs were used achieve aim. Causal relationships defined using one-way analysis variance (ANOVA) correlational analysis. Fisher’s angular transform criterion Mann–Whitney U test (STATISTICA 10.0) determine psychological characteristics with different levels syndrome. Boyko’s Emotional Burnout Inventory Rokeach Value Survey (RVS) for diagnosis. practical recommendations administrations developed based on causal revealed results. It found that system personal values could be an effective regulator state difficult situations.
